ABOUT PAVONI&CO 

With roots going back to the south of Italy to a small village in the heart of molise, called Trivento, the grandmother of our owner; Maria Pavone/Pavoni was the inspiration behind Pavoni & co. A chef herself & an amazing home cook, her knowledge was passed down to Marino who in turn has used the same recipes & put his own stamp on them.

Rustic knowledge of Italian cuisine & modern forward thinking, Marino doesn’t brand Pavoni & co as an Italian restaurant but as a place for great food with a trendy vibe to suite all ages. Serving wood fired pizzas using the finest local ingredient along with a great selection of small plates, cocktails & wines.
